How to redeem Stake Cash in Florida ($5,000 daily cap)

If you only remember one Florida rule, make it this one:

Stake.us Terms currently say the maximum redemption value of Stake Cash won on any game or play is $5,000 USD per day in Florida. Amounts above that are not allocated or paid.

What you are redeeming

Only Stake Cash, and only if you are eligible. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed.

Typical gates (in order)

1. Identity. Expect KYC. Name, date of birth, and address should match the person who plays. One account per person.
2. Location. You must be in an eligible state at the relevant times. Florida currently is. Restricted states are blocked.
3. Playthrough / wagering. Promotional SC often has playthrough. Read the offer text, not a recap video.
4. Method and minimums. Stake.us chooses payout rails. They can require extra checks on first redemption.

What “per day” means in practice
