Yes — if you are 21+, physically in Florida (or another state Stake.us still serves), and you pass the usual account rules. Stake.us does not care that your driver’s license says Ohio. It cares where the session is.

Snowbirds, Disney-week visitors, and people off a ship in PortMiami all hit the same sentence in current Terms: Florida Stake Cash redemptions are capped at $5,000 per day. Amounts above that are not paid.
